How it is used
Use the Matrix for self-massage of the large muscle groups and roll at a calm pace. Because it adapts to the body as you roll, the resulting pressure stays lower than with a firm roller – useful for longer evening sessions. It is equally at home at the practice between two appointments, in a seminar, or on the mat at home. If you want to step up later, the Black Pearl comes in identical dimensions.
