Fascia Roller Matrix – medium

The Fascia Roller Matrix – Firmness 2 is the middle one of the three 45 cm rollers and suits normal connective tissue. It adapts to the body during self-massage, so the resulting pressure stays lower. Dimensions and colour: 45 × 15 cm, orange-grey.

The Matrix is the roller for everyone who sits neither at the soft nor at the firm end of the ladder. As you roll, the foam yields in a controlled way and moulds to the body – solid in contact, but never harsh, and therefore comfortable over longer sessions. This firmness level is no accident: it was adapted through years of experience with patients and seminar participants. It is versatile, practical and at the same time good value. If you want to buy just one roller for training, practice and home, the Matrix is the right choice.

How it is used

Use the Matrix for self-massage of the large muscle groups and roll at a calm pace. Because it adapts to the body as you roll, the resulting pressure stays lower than with a firm roller – useful for longer evening sessions. It is equally at home at the practice between two appointments, in a seminar, or on the mat at home. If you want to step up later, the Black Pearl comes in identical dimensions.
