The Fascia Cups Set of 4 (Silicone) is a 3D fascia cupping set with four silicone cups. The four sizes, with diameters from approx. 1.5 to approx. 7 cm, each suit different regions of the body. The cups are used for dry cupping and for cupping massage. A cleaning cloth and an instruction manual are included.
Silicone instead of glass is the real argument here: the cups are made of silicone and are therefore break-resistant, unlike glass cupping vessels. The vacuum is created by drawing out the air; because the cups are made of silicone, heating them with fire is not intended. Four sizes cover the range from the small cup of approx. 1.5 cm diameter to the large one of approx. 7 cm, so no size is ever missing. The cups are used in the 3D fascia technique – unlike rolling, you work with suction rather than with downward pressure. If you want to go beyond rolling, at the practice or at home, the set of four is the addition to make.

How it is used
For dry cupping, place the fascia cups on untreated skin; drawing out the air creates a vacuum inside the cup. For cupping massage, oil the skin first so the cups slide easily and a larger area can be treated. Choose among the four sizes according to the body region – in practice, the back is treated most often. Please read the notes and the cleaning instructions for this set before use.

Material & care
Clean the fascia cups carefully after every use with water and an alcohol-free cleaning agent. Alcohol damages the silicone and can shorten the life of the set.
