Resistance bands in four resistances – which band suits you?
A loop, 30 cm long and 5 cm wide – that is all it takes to bring strength and coordination work anywhere. The four levels build on one another and differ only in resistance – dimensions and material are identical across the range: 30 × 5 cm in 100% latex. Light (green, 1 of 4) is the entry level: it gives way early and suits beginners as well as exercises such as shoulder stabilisation and activation. Medium (blue, 2 of 4) is the all-rounder for anyone who finds Light too yielding, and just as suitable an entry level as Light. Heavy (red, 3 of 4) suits athletes and strong leg and hip exercises such as side steps and squats. X-Heavy (black, 4 of 4) is the strongest level and the right choice once Heavy no longer challenges your leg work. As a rule of thumb, leg and hip exercises call for more resistance than shoulder and arm exercises – if you train both, two levels will take you further than one. If you want all levels for warm-up, strengthening and stabilisation, choose the set of 4 with storage bag and exercise guide – a straightforward way in, because no level has to be decided up front. All levels can be used singly or in multiple use, so the choice stays flexible as the exercises change.
