The Fascia Roller Pink-Lady with Knobs is a specially shaped roller with high firmness and a knobbed surface. Its shape was chosen specifically so that you reach the upper trapezius area. How it is used
Place the Pink-Lady centrally under the area you are working on and the pressure spreads – suited to a relaxing massage. For focused, more direct pressure, use the curves of the roller. Around the upper trapezius, the curve lets you work on individual spots in a focused way. The firmness is high, so start with little pressure. It is used on the shoulders and neck as well as on the lumbar and thoracic spine.
