Duo Fascia Roller Pink-Lady with Nubs – firm

The Fascia Roller Pink-Lady with Knobs is a specially shaped roller with high firmness and a knobbed surface. Its shape was chosen specifically so that you reach the upper trapezius area. It is used on the shoulders and neck as well as on the lumbar and thoracic spine. Dimensions: 33 cm long, 18 cm high, 0.185 kg, colour pink.

The Pink-Lady is not a straight roller: its surface carries knobs and its body tapers into curves, and that is where the two-phase effect comes from. Roll over its middle and the pressure spreads across a wide area – that is the setting for a relaxing massage. Use the curves and you work in a focused, far more direct way, for instance around the upper trapezius – the area its shape was chosen for. At 33 cm long and 185 grams it sits lightly in the hand and finds room on any mat, at any practice and in any seminar room. If you want to go beyond broad rolling and work specifically on shoulders, neck and spine, the Pink-Lady is the right choice.

At a glance

• High firmness, surface with knobs
• 33 cm long, 18 cm high, only 0.185 kg
• Two-phase effect: broad pressure in the middle, focused over the curves
• Shape chosen specifically for the upper trapezius area
• For shoulders, neck, lumbar and thoracic spine
• Colour pink

How it is used

Place the Pink-Lady centrally under the area you are working on and the pressure spreads – suited to a relaxing massage. For focused, more direct pressure, use the curves of the roller. Around the upper trapezius, the curve lets you work on individual spots in a focused way. The firmness is high, so start with little pressure. It is used on the shoulders and neck as well as on the lumbar and thoracic spine.
