Which firmness should you choose?
Five rollers and one cupping set: the Myologik fascia rollers cover the full range – from the soft Fluid for beginners to the firm Black Pearl for anyone who prefers firm pressure. Buying advice
The decision comes down to firmness, and firmness depends on sensitivity and training level – not on ambition. Firmness 1, the Fluid (45 × 15 cm, blue-grey), is the softest roller: for beginners, sensitive tissue and recovery. Firmness 2, the Matrix (45 × 15 cm, orange-grey), is the middle choice for normally sensitive connective tissue; it adapts to the body as you roll, so the resulting pressure stays lower. Firmness 3, the Black Pearl (45 × 15 cm, black), is the firm roller for athletes who prefer firm pressure. When in doubt, choose one step softer: you can always add pressure through your own body weight, whereas a firm roller never becomes softer. All three share the same dimensions, so the series is easy to extend later on. For feet and forearms, choose the Mini Fascia Roller Orange (15 × 5 cm, firmness 3); for focused work around the upper trapezius, the shaped Pink-Lady with knobs (33 × 18 cm).
