Mini Fascia Roller Orange – firm

The Mini Fascia Roller Orange – Firmness 3 is the compact, firm roller in the range. It is made for feet and forearms and shares firmness 3 with the Black Pearl, though its small diameter makes it work far more locally. At 15 cm long and 5 cm in diameter it is versatile, practical and inexpensive. Colour: orange.

Fifteen centimetres long, five centimetres thick, firmness 3 – the mini roller is the tool for the places where a 45 cm roller is simply too coarse. Under the foot you can guide it seated or standing, on the forearm you can hold it with one hand, and its narrow format lets you work very precisely. It is versatile, practical and at the same time inexpensive, and small enough to disappear into a sports bag, a practice drawer or your luggage. If you want to work on feet and forearms, or are looking for a roller to take with you, the mini roller is the right choice.

How it is used

Sitting down, roll the mini roller under the foot and control the pressure through how much weight you put on the leg. On the forearm, hold the roller with one hand and guide it along the muscles. Firmness 3 is firm, so start with little pressure and increase gradually. On the road, at the office or in a training bag, the compact format is the real advantage.
