The Fascia Roller Fluid – Firmness 1 is the softest of the three 45 cm rollers and the first step on the Myologik firmness ladder. It is used for self-massage of muscles and connective tissue. It is intended for beginners, for sensitive tissue and for recovery. Dimensions and colour: 45 × 15 cm, blue-grey.
Picture a summer day at the beach, your hand gliding through warm, fine sand – that is how soft the Fluid feels beneath you. The hard foam noticeably gives way instead of pushing back, and that is exactly what separates it from the Matrix and the Black Pearl: same length, same diameter, a distinctly gentler contact. Like every Myologik roller, the Fluid is used in the seminars and treatments of the Institut für Myologik, so it comes out of daily practice rather than out of a catalogue. If you are working with a fascia roller for the first time, have sensitive connective tissue, or want to recover calmly after training, the Fluid is the right choice.

How it is used
Place the roller on a mat and work slowly through the large muscle groups. The 45 cm length and 15 cm diameter give the roller a calm, solid run, and you set the intensity through your own body weight. In the evening on the mat, or straight after training, a few minutes per area are enough. It works equally well in physiotherapy, in training and in home use.
