How it is used
In the dynamic warm-up before a match, in a class, between two appointments at the clinic or in the evening on the mat – the loop is in place within seconds. Classic exercises are side steps, squats, shoulder stabilisation and balance exercises; the bands work on almost all muscle groups, in single or multiple use. You can train indoors or outdoors – at the gym, at CrossFit or on the pitch for football, handball, basketball, golf and tennis. Thanks to the nylon bag the set stows away quickly and compactly in any sports bag. The enclosed guide shows strength and coordination exercises to get started.
