Myologik Resistance Band – Set of 4 (light to extra heavy)

The Myologik Resistance Band Set of 4 brings together four latex loops in one nylon bag: Light, Medium, Heavy and X-Heavy. Each band has a different resistance, so it can be matched precisely to the exercise and your fitness level. That gives you the right level at hand in classes, in physiotherapy, in personal training, in yoga and Pilates. If you work with loops, this is the place to start.

You feel it on the very first pull: the resistance builds evenly, and the premium-quality 100% latex retains its dynamic elasticity, set after set. The wide design with its 5 cm band width lies flat around the thigh and makes side steps more comfortable. All Myologik products have been used for years with customers and patients in the fitness, rehab and physiotherapy field – including the practice and seminar work at the Institut für Myologik, against which they have been refined over the years. With four resistances in one bag you cover dynamic warm-up, strength training, stretching and mobility work without buying a new band for every new exercise. If you work with bands regularly and do not want to commit to a single level, the set of 4 is the right choice.

How it is used

In the dynamic warm-up before a match, in a class, between two appointments at the clinic or in the evening on the mat – the loop is in place within seconds. Classic exercises are side steps, squats, shoulder stabilisation and balance exercises; the bands work on almost all muscle groups, in single or multiple use. You can train indoors or outdoors – at the gym, at CrossFit or on the pitch for football, handball, basketball, golf and tennis. Thanks to the nylon bag the set stows away quickly and compactly in any sports bag. The enclosed guide shows strength and coordination exercises to get started.
