Cork Trigger Balls – Set of 2 (Ø 5 + 10 cm)

The Cork Trigger Ball Set brings together two natural cork massage balls – Ø 5 cm for point work, Ø 10 cm for wider areas – in a 15 × 20 cm cotton bag. Sustainability and natural materials were the guiding idea behind these balls. It is the handy all-rounder of the category: for home, for the office and for long journeys. And it is the most straightforward way into trigger point work: two sizes, one bag, nothing else.

Cork feels warm and dry, unlike rubber, and the balls are shape-retaining, non-slip and pleasant to hold. The small Ø 5 cm ball works on a point, the larger Ø 10 cm one across a wider area – under the feet, on the back, calf, thigh or hip you are covered by the pair, instead of having to settle on one size. As a natural material, cork is recyclable – used cork can be reprocessed as insulation, for example – and water-repellent; washable and suitable for disinfection, it keeps cleaning between sessions short. In its cotton bag the set disappears into hand luggage or a desk drawer – cork is shape-retaining and stays that way in your luggage. How it is used

Place the balls precisely under the feet, on the back, calf, thigh or hip and work the myofascial points there. Which of the two sizes – Ø 5 cm or Ø 10 cm – you reach for depends on the spot and on how precise you want to be; both are included in the set. In the office you can do this seated in your chair, at home in the evening on the mat, on the road in a hotel room. Afterwards, wipe the balls down and stow them in the cotton bag.
