The Myologik Trigger Point Poster Set includes two A0 posters. They show myofascial trigger points and typical referred pain zones by body region. Colour markings and Latin names support orientation in practice and training. The overview was developed further by the Institut für Myologik based on the work of Travell and Simons.
The two posters complement each other as a reference for the treatment room: Poster 1 covers the head, neck and upper limbs, while Poster 2 covers the back, pelvis and lower limbs, among other regions. Colour markings distinguish trigger points from referred pain zones. The overview comes from Alexander Mohr and the myofascial work of the Institut für Myologik.
Contents of the two posters
- Poster 1: head, jaw and neck; shoulder, thorax and arm; forearm and hand.
- Poster 2: back and abdomen; pelvis, buttocks and thigh; hip, thigh and knee; leg, ankle and foot.
