Myologik Vision Sticks

The Myologik Vision Sticks are two sticks printed on both sides with numbers, letters and colours. They are used to train fixation, convergence and divergence as well as pursuit eye movements. At 252 × 30 mm they sit comfortably in one hand, and at 3 mm thick they are built for daily use. They are intended for anyone who wants to build eye exercises firmly into their training.

The sticks are made of Forex – a material that feels smooth and light and stands up to the daily back and forth in a training bag. Both sides are printed and the corners are rounded: nothing digs in when a stick is guided for a longer period or passed from hand to hand several times a day. How it is used

Use the sticks for exercises on fixation and on convergence and divergence of the eyes. They are equally suited to pursuit eye movements and to exercises for head control and balance. The numbers, letters and colours on the sticks add cognitive tasks to the exercises. Because the sticks take up almost no space, they work just as well in the gym, in practice between two appointments, while travelling or on the mat in the evening.
